উকিল তিনবার একই নোটিশের ফটোকপি পাঠিয়েছেন - নতুন কোনো তালাক ঘোষণা করেননি
উকিল স্বামীকে জানিয়েছেন যে নোটিশ পাঠানো হয়েছে
যে তালাকের নোটিশ টি পাঠানো হয়েছিলো,তাতে লিখা ছিলো আমি নিজ নফসের উপর তালাক তাফিউজ গ্রহণ করিলাম।এবং আমার স্বামী তা পড়ে তাতে স্বাক্ষর করেন একবার।এবং যেদিন তালাক দিয়েছে সেদিনের তারিখ দেয়া ছিলো।এটাই ফটোকপি করে তিন মাসে তিনবার পাঠানো হয়েছে,উকিল বলেছে তাই।সে উকিলকে জিজ্ঞাসা করেছে তার আর যেতে হবে কিনা,উকিল বলেছে তার আর যাওয়া লাগবে না।উকিলের কথায় সে মুখে তিনবার তালাক ও বলেছে যেদিন তালাকের নোটিশ টিতে স্বাক্ষর করে সেদিন।তখন সে মাজহাব সম্পর্কে কিছুই জানতো না,এক তালাক,দুই তালাক,তিন তালাক এসবের ব্যাপারেও জানতো না।এবং আমি নিজ নফসের উপর তালাক তাফিউজ গ্রহণ করলাম এ কাগজ তিনবার পাঠালে কি হবে সে ব্যাপারেও জানতো না।আমরা একত্রে তিন তালাক দিলে তা এক তালাক হিসেবে গণ্য হবে,সেটাই গ্রহণ করেছি,এবং আমি বিয়ের পর এ ব্যাপারে সচেতন থাকি যেনো,আমরা নফসের গোলাম হয়ে না যাই।আমার স্বামী তালাকের প্রসেস জানতো না।উকিল তিনবার বলতে বলাতেই সে বলেছে।আর উকিল ই তাকে সেই তালাকের নোটিশ তিনবার পাঠাতে হবে বলেছে।এবং উকিল পরবর্তী মাসে আরো দুইবার সেই একইদিনের তালাকের নোটিশ টি ই ফটোকপি করে পাঠায়।সাথে অবগতকরণ নোটিশ দেয় যে ২৩/০৭/২০২২ তারিখে আমাদের তালাক হয়েছে।দ্বিতীয় মাসের নোটিশ টি আমি গ্রহণ করি নাই।৩য় মাসের টা গ্রহণ করে দেখেছি যে সেই একই তালাকনামার ফটোকপি দিয়েছে।৩য় বারের অবগতকরণ নোটিশ টি হারিয়ে ফেলেছি।কিন্তু আমার যতটুকু মনে আছে তাতেও সেই একই কথা লিখা ছিলো।হারিয়ে ফেলায় উকিলের কাছে চাইলে সেও বলে এতো পুরাতন কাগজ নাই।সে বলে একটা নোটিশ দিলেও হয়,তবে সে দিয়েছিলো তখন ৩ টা।অনেককে ৩ টা ও দেয়।হতে পারে এটা আমার স্বামীর পরিবারের কথায় ও দিতে পারে।হয়তো স্বামীর পরিবার বা উকিল চেয়েছিলো ৩ তালাক ই হয়ে যাক।
কিন্তু আমার স্বামী স্পষ্টভাবে তিন তালাকের কোনো নিয়ত করেনি।সে তিন মাসে তিনবার তালাকের কোনো নিয়ত ও করেনি,মুখেও বলেনি।উকিল তাকে পরবর্তী ২ মাসে তালাকের নোটিশ পাঠিয়ে জানিয়েছে যে সে আবার দুইটা তালাকের নোটিশ পাঠিয়েছে।তা দ্বারা নতুন তালাক কিনা তা উকিল ও বলেনি,আমার স্বামীও চিন্তা করেনি।
আমার স্বামী তিন তালাক সম্পর্কে কিছু জানতেন ও না।সে তালাকের উদ্দেশ্যে গিয়েছিলো।সংখ্যার গুরুত্ব সে জানতো না।
এখন তালাকের নোটিশ একবার পাঠালে নিয়ত করুক আর না করুক তালাক তো হয়ে যায়।তো আমার এই তিনবার তালাক তাফিউজ গ্রহণ করিলাম লিখা একই দিনের তালাকের নোটিশ এর ফটোকপি তিনবার পাঠানো তে কি তিন তালাক হয়ে গিয়েছে?
