"Question: Can a wife divorce her husband if he says 'give divorce'? Answer according to Salafi/Ahl-e-Hadith fiqh: No, wife cannot divorce husband. Only husband has the right of talaq. Even if husband delegates authority, wife can only divorce herself, not her husband. Invalid."

তালাক দেওয়ার অধিকার শুধু স্বামীর। স্ত্রী নিজে থেকে তালাক দিতে পারে না, যতক্ষণ না স্বামী তাকে তালাকের ক্ষমতা (তাওফীয) প্রদান করেন।
