Answer based on the Qur’an, authentic Sunnah, and the understanding of the Salaf (may Allah have mercy on them).

Your question contains several distinct issues. We will address each one separately, following the rulings of the major Salafi scholars (Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, Ibn Bāz, al-AlbānÄĢ, Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, and al-Fawzān).

1. Sending Reels to a Celebrity (Viní Jr.) After the Condition of Talaq

The husband’s condition was: “not talking to someone with love intention” and “not messaging someone whom I liked in the past.”

  • Who is Viní Jr.? He is a famous footballer. You followed him for your interest in Real Madrid, not as a past romantic interest. You explicitly state: “I never liked him that way.”
  • Did you have a past “liking” for him? Even if a fleeting thought crossed your mind (e.g., “he’s famous, his girlfriend is lucky”), that does not constitute a past relationship or a crush. The condition refers to specific persons with whom you had a prior emotional connection—not a public figure you admire from a distance.
  • Your intention in sending the reel: You said you sent it “for me and my husband â€Ļ just to save it.” There was no romantic intention toward the celebrity.

Ruling:
Sending a reel to a public figure without any romantic intention and with the purpose of saving it for yourself or your husband does not break the condition.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (ØąØŲ…Ų‡ اŲ„Ų„Ų‡) said:

“Conditions in ášalāq are interpreted according to the intention and the common understanding of the one who made the condition. If the condition is ambiguous, it should be understood in the way the husband intended, and if that is not known, then it is taken in its apparent meaning.” (Shará¸Ĩ al-Mumti‘, 13/72)

Here, the apparent meaning is that you should not contact someone you previously had feelings for with the intention of reviving that. Sending a reel to a footballer you never had a personal relationship with is outside this scope.

Ibn Taymiyyah (ØąØŲ…Ų‡ اŲ„Ų„Ų‡) stated:

“Matters are judged by intentions, and the mere sending of a message without a permissible or impermissible intention follows the intention.” (MajmÅĢ‘ al-Fatāwā, 29/37)

Since your intention was not love, the condition is not broken.

2. Fleeting Thoughts and Imaginations (Waswasa)

You mention: “Maybe I thought myself beside vini â€Ļ astaghfirullah” and worry this might fall under the condition of “not saying to my husband that I regret marrying him.”

  • The condition about regret is specifically about uttering those words to your husband—i.e., speaking them aloud.
  • A fleeting thought, a passing imagination, or a momentary doubt that you do not act upon or speak does not break any condition.

The Prophet (īˇē) said:

“Allah has pardoned my Ummah for what they think to themselves, as long as they do not speak it or act upon it.” (BukhārÄĢ, Muslim)

Ibn Taymiyyah said:

“The condition that is broken is only when the prohibited action occurs intentionally and with choice. Passing thoughts that a person dislikes and tries to repel are not considered an infringement of the condition, nor do they nullify the oath or the conditional divorce.” (MajmÅĢ‘ al-Fatāwā, 33/179)

Therefore, even if a thought of being beside that person crossed your mind—and you disliked it—it does not count as breaking the condition of “not saying you regret marriage.” You have not spoken those words to your husband.

3. Does Writing These Details (in Your Question) Cause Any Problem?

You ask whether writing about your thoughts here could itself break the condition about regret.

No.

  • You are not telling your husband. You are asking a scholar for a ruling. This is permissible and even commendable.
  • The condition about “not saying to my husband that I regret marrying him” is a verbal prohibition directed at your husband, not a prohibition against thinking or writing to a scholar.
  • You are seeking clarification to avoid sin—this is a good act.

Shaykh Ibn Bāz (ØąØŲ…Ų‡ اŲ„Ų„Ų‡) said:

“It is permissible for a woman to describe her situation to a scholar or a trustworthy person in order to obtain a ruling, even if it involves mentioning matters that are normally kept private, as long as it is necessary.” (Fatāwā NÅĢr ‘alā al-Darb)

So you have done nothing wrong.

4. Overall Advice Regarding Waswasa (OCD)

Your question shows signs of excessive doubt and scrupulosity (waswasa). The Salaf strongly warned against giving in to such thoughts.

The Prophet (īˇē) said:

“If you feel that Shayᚭān is whispering to you, then seek refuge in Allah and stop thinking about it.” (BukhārÄĢ)

Shaykh al-AlbānÄĢ (ØąØŲ…Ų‡ اŲ„Ų„Ų‡) said:

“One of the cures for waswasa is to ignore it completely and not pay attention to it. The more a person tries to examine it, the more it increases.” (Silsilat al-Hudā wa al-NÅĢr, no. 229)

Action Plan:

  1. Stop revisiting the incident. It happened a year ago. You are certain you had no bad intention.
  2. Do not question your intention after the fact. The principle is: “Actions are by intentions.” Your intention is what matters, not a fleeting thought later.
  3. Do not tell your husband about these whispers—that would cause unnecessary trouble.
  4. Focus on your marriage and strive to be a good wife.
  5. Repeat: “A‘ÅĢdhu billāhi min al-Shayᚭāni al-rajÄĢm” whenever these thoughts come.

Conclusion

  • Sending reels to Viní Jr. without love intention does not break the conditional ášalāq.
  • Fleeting thoughts or imaginations of being beside him are not a violation of any condition, especially since you did not utter them.
  • Writing your question here is permissible and does not break any condition.
  • You should ignore the waswasa and not investigate further.

And Allah knows best.

May Allah grant you peace of heart and protect your marriage. Ameen.
