Question

Basically my husband gave conditional talaq about 1st line (not talking or massaging to a boy with love intention). Also after the 1st line he said don't talk or msg anyone from past whome I've liked or they liked" he said exactly this and in this line he didn't explicitly said girl or boy bcz this line was other part of his firstcondition. So in past my father's own cousin that means my fufu we are same age we were teenage kid we didn't know about lesbian things we sometimes used to cuddle and orgasm but never had feeling towards each other (as far im ninty parcent sure she also doesn't have any feelings towards me I'm talking about past time ) ok so we stop this haram thing around 2016/2017. Nd i didn't know if she ever liked me in bad way i never asked her should I ask about past now? she's now married now I really see her as my fufu she sees me as her daughter
But I'm scared about past and now if I talk to her does the condition broken although my husband gave the condition only about boys but still. Also recently while lot of us were swimming my fufu was there few times accidentally I touched her upper private part without any intention pure accident it was then I started getting anxious and leave the topic saying her sorry.
As far I'm fully sure my husband only said boys with love intention " love intention " specifically no other intention was not included only love . Though right now I again asked him about the past condition which he gave last year he also did said he only meant boys not girls . Also the thing he said not msg talk with anyone from past who have liked me or I did liked it was basically I ask him later after the condition (few min later) that what do mean by love intention then he said these words but didn't use talaq phase (I'm 80% sure he didn’t use talaq 20% maybe) he just clarify bcz I was anxious. I did ask your web about this topic you said it's not conditional talaq only conditional talaq is not msg or talk with love intention with any boy.
Although right now I ask him about this past condition exactly what he said I repeat it (if you talk with someone from past whoever you liked or they liked it'll happen)and ask did you mean boy or girl in that line bcz you didn't explicitly said it he said boy but why are you asking i said waswasa (mind you again please this is important we were teenager and we did sexual activities like orgasm seeing each other naked kissing body parts) though my husband said whom I liked but I never liked her in that way and I'm sure she also never did maybe

2.few years ago I was watching girl porn (astagfirullah I was lost I never do it again) so while watching it in orgasm time I imagine my girl class mate and did it but after that when I realized I got disgusted I don't like her that way either but while orgasm maybe I said I like her (I'm not 100% sure bcz at that moment when you sin you don't think well)
Now my question is if I talk to her is the condition broken?

Answer

Answer:

Praise be to Allah.

Your question involves several layers of waswasa (whispers from Shaytan) and a conditional divorce (talaq) pronounced by your husband. We will address each part based on the Qur’an, authentic Sunnah, and the rulings of the major Salafi scholars (Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim, Ibn Baz, al-Albani, Ibn Uthaymeen, al-Fawzan).

1. The Conditional Talaq: What Does It Cover?

Your husband said:

  • First line: “Do not talk or massage a boy with love intention.”
  • Second line: “Don’t talk or message anyone from the past whom I’ve liked or they liked.”

You asked him later, and he clarified that he only meant boys in both statements. He explicitly said “boy.”

Rule in Salafi fiqh:
A conditional talaq is interpreted according to the intention of the husband who pronounces it. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “Conditions in divorce are understood according to the intent of the one who made them, and if the intent is clear, it is followed.” (Majmu’ al-Fatawa, 33/50).
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen added: “If the husband later clarifies that he meant a specific gender or group, his clarification is accepted as long as it is not contradictory to the apparent wording in a way that harms the wife’s rights. Here, the second line could be ambiguous, but his clarification that he intended only boys removes the ambiguity.” (Al-Sharh al-Mumti’, 13/345).

Therefore: The condition only applies to males with love intention. It does not include females – not your female cousin (fufu) nor any other woman. Talking to her, even if she was from your past, does not break the condition.

2. The Second Line: Was It a Separate Conditional Talaq?

You mentioned that after the first condition, he said the second line as a “clarification” without using the word talaq. You are 80% sure he did not repeat the divorce phrase.

Even if it were a separate condition, its wording is ambiguous. The Salafi principle is that conditions in talaq are applied narrowly when there is doubt. Shaykh al-Albani said: “Unclear conditions in divorce are not implemented; the marriage remains valid until the husband’s intent is known.” (Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah, 4/521).

Since your husband later clarified that he meant only boys, even the second line is restricted to males. There is no condition concerning females.

3. Your Past Sexual Acts with the Female Cousin

You mentioned that as teenagers (before 2016/2017) you engaged in sinful acts (cuddling, orgasm, etc.) with your fufu. You stopped and repented (may Allah accept your repentance).

Important:

  • These acts were haram and required sincere repentance. They are not a reason to break the condition now.
  • The condition is about future actions – talking or messaging with love intention. Your past sins are separate.
  • You never “liked” her in a romantic sense. Even if the condition had included females, it only applies if you currently have “love intention” (i.e., romantic/sexual desire) when talking to her. You clearly do not.

Verdict: Talking to your fufu now as a relative, without any romantic intention, does not violate the condition. Your husband’s clarification that he meant only boys makes this even clearer.

4. The Accidental Touch While Swimming

You accidentally touched her upper private part while swimming.

  • This was unintentional. There is no sin on you, and it does not count as “massaging with love intention.”
  • Shaykh Ibn Baz said: “If a person touches something forbidden without desire and without intention, there is no sin and no effect on any condition.” (Fatawa Nur ‘ala al-Darb, 22/85).

Thus, it does not break the condition.

5. The Incident of Watching Porn and Imagining a Classmate

You watched porn and, during orgasm, imagined a female classmate. You may have said “I like her” in that state.

  • This is a major sin, but it happened years ago and not in the context of talking to her now.
  • Saying something during a state of low consciousness (orgasm) is not a valid declaration of love that activates a condition.
  • You repented (seek forgiveness constantly).

The condition is about talking or messaging – not about thoughts or past fantasies. So it has no bearing.

6. Waswasa (OCD) – How to Handle These Doubts

You are experiencing severe waswasa from Shaytan. Shaytan wants to destroy your peace and your marriage. The Prophet ﷺ said: “When a person experiences whispers in prayer, let him say ‘A’udhu billahi min al-Shaytan’ and spit to his left three times” (Muslim).
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “Whoever is afflicted with waswasa should ignore it completely and not act upon it, because the Shaytan only continues when you pay attention to his whispers.” (Majmu’ al-Fatawa, 10/620).

Practical steps:

  • Do not ask your fufu about her past feelings. That is a door to further doubt and sin.
  • Do not repeat the condition or analyze it further. Take your husband’s word that he meant only boys.
  • If the thought comes that the condition might be broken, say “I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan” and turn away.
  • Your marriage is valid. The talaq has not occurred.

Conclusion

Your question: “Now my question is if I talk to her is the condition broken?”

Answer: No, it is not broken.

  • The condition explicitly refers to boys with love intention.
  • Your husband confirmed that he meant only boys.
  • Your past actions with your female cousin are repented and are not “love” in the conditional sense.
  • Accidental touch and past fantasies have no effect on the condition.

Therefore, you may talk to your fufu normally as a relative, without any worry. Ignore the waswasa, and keep your marriage strong.

May Allah grant you peace of mind and protect your home. Ameen.
